Probate

This process involves gathering assets in the decedent’s name alone, paying off debts, and then distributing the remaining assets to those who are outlined in the Will. This is a court proceeding. Our team can help executors and administrators collect and manage all assets. We can also determine the validity of claims made against the decedent’s estate.
