Golden Key Title Agency has merged with the Oxley, Malone, Hollister, O'Malley & Warren law firm.
Golden Key title services are now located with the law firm at 301 E. Main Cross St.
Golden Key Title Agency serves Hancock and surrounding counties in the area of real estate closings and title insurance.

Bret A. Spaeth has been named as a partner in the law firm of Oxley, Malone, Hollister, O'Malley & Warren, 301 E. Main Cross St., in Findlay. Mr. Spaeth graduated from Miami University with a B.A. degree in political science in 1993 and from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1997 with a Juris Doctorate. Admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in 1997, Spaeth has been engaged locally in the practice of law since that time. His primary area of practice includes personal injury litigation, domestic relations, and criminal defense. Mr. Spaeth is a member of the Hancock County and Ohio State Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Association of Trial Lawyers. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Ohio, and is a member of the federal court bar. Mr. Spaeth is also a licensed title agent.
Mr. Spaeth currently serves on various committees of the Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association as well as serving on the board of directors of other local agencies including Hancock Leadership Alumni Association, the Arts Partnership of Greater Hancock County, and the Hancock County Public Defender's Commission.
He and his wife Tamara reside in Findlay with their two daughters, Lauren and Lydia.
